CHANGE YOUR LIFE

STEP INTO YOUR NEURODIVERGENCE

Here’s the thing.

Too many adults have been struggling for far too long before finally discovering they had undiagnosed ADHD.

Often, folks with ADHD are misdiagnosed with anxiety, depression, BPD, OCD, or bipolar disorder. Sometimes it’s a mix—but ADHD often gets missed. With the pandemic, and especially the shift to working from home, many people’s symptoms got worse.

And for those of us who are both autistic and ADHD (AuDHD), it can be even more complicated.

When these lovely humans finally get the right diagnosis (often thanks to a hyperfixation!), they’re well into adulthood, with a lifetime of feeling like something was wrong with them.

Including me.

A DIAGNOSIS IS one small piece of a larger picture.

For most of our lives, we were trying to appear neurotypical. We masked, overcompensated, and pushed through constant burnout—just to look like we were okay. Like we were successful. Like we were making it.

But inside? We were exhausted. In pain. And often, we felt broken.

Realizing I had ADHD challenged everything I believed about myself and the world around me. I wasn’t broken—my brain was just wired differently.

For those of us who are also autistic, it added even more layers. The masking, the sensory overload, the social decoding…it all made sense in a new way.

Getting treatment can be life-changing. But medication doesn’t cure ADHD or autism—it just helps manage some symptoms. And even with support, we’re still up against a lifetime of internalized shame. That inner critic is loud. It tells us we’re lazy, flaky, too much, not enough.

On top of that, there’s the day-to-day: household tasks, prioritizing, staying organized at work, managing time, relationships, focus, and more.

After diagnosis, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed—like you’re suddenly expected to “fix” it all at once. But you don’t have to.

COACHING CAN HELP.

As someone diagnosed with ADHD later in life—and who began uncovering my autism journey further down the road—I know how vital it is to feel seen, heard, and understood.

I’m here to challenge the deeply internalized, negative messages you’ve received about your AuDHD and help you reframe your perspective to support your needs instead of fighting them.
We’ve spent years masking and overcompensating. That survival strategy might have gotten us here, but it’s not what gets us free.

Having AuDHD is hard—but you don’t have to figure it out alone. You’re allowed to ask for help.

In our work together, I’ll offer empathy, guidance, accountability, and support. As we collaborate toward your goals, I’ll help you realign with your strengths and reconnect with your most empowered, authentic self.
