WEEKLY 1:1 COACHING

In one-on-one virtual ADHD coaching sessions, we’ll meet weekly 60 minutes. We’ll discuss strategies to manage your challenges with ADHD and break through barriers of shame and internalized ableism to allow your most empowered and compassionate self to shine through.

Get help with:

  • Deconstructing the constant negative internal dialogue and shame that you’ve been throwing at yourself for as long as you can remember

  • Approaching your to-do list in a way that feels nourishing instead of making you want to run away and hide under a blanket for 3 days

  • Cultivating intrinsic motivation to do the things you want to do sustainably (vs doing it for three weeks and then never again, for years)

  • Nervous system regulation tools to knock down any intense emotion

  • Embracing your neurodivergence

Let’s get started

To get started in coaching, we’ll first meet for a 30 minute free consultation to deep-dive into your ADHD. We’ll talk about your goals—the things you’ve always wanted for yourself. Then we’ll evaluate what areas of your ADHD & executive functioning are holding you back in your ability to pursue them. This will help us determine what your priorities are and the areas where you need the most support.

From there, we’ll come up with a coaching plan to develop strategies, tools, and mindset shifts that align with your needs. As we continue in your coaching journey, we’ll work through the voices of internalized shame and ableism as we reconnect with who you are, a person with ADHD who is infinitely worthy, capable, and whole.
